All of your infomation does not be stored on our server, for security reasons, it is sent to our secure mail box where it is deleted upon fulfillment.
2 . Do I have to register in order to buy your products online?
No! You don't have to register at all to buy products from Coca Gems. In fact, once the order is fulfilled, your personal information will be not be achieve, it is removed.

5. How is my order shipped?
All orders are eitheir self collect or we'll post to you and buyer has to bear the shipping charge, for USA, we will use Sing Post.
6. When will be the order be shipped?
We ship the item as soon as the Paypal receipt arrives, or the payment clears.
7. How Long Do I have To Make Payment?
We will only hold items for 10 days unless notified. If the payment is not received by then the item will be placed back in the shop for sale, and all future purchases by you will need to be paid within 2 days.
8. What Happens If My Item Doesn't Arrive?
We haven't had may items go missing, but if it does. All items under $100.00 are automatically insured by Singapore Post. A claim will be filled, and your money will be refunded, once Singapore Post does an investigation.
If the item is valued at more than $100.00 we automatically insure it, at no extra charge.
9. What Happens If My Item Is Broken On Arrival?
We have never had any items broken in shipping, due to our packaging methods, however if the item has broken in shipping, after receiving photo proof via e-mail, either a new or similar item will be shipped as a replacement. We do not give money refunds.
10. How Are Items Packed To Prevent Damage?
We take a lot of care when packaging items, they are packaged depending on the size and value.
We always bubble-wrap crystals, and surround them with foam protection. They are then packaged in Padded Bags or Postal Boxes.
